Handouts for the StudentMotivation.org Project.

Each handouts has a date on it for the more recent update. Simplification is a main goal with 5 main handouts covering the creation of Thanksgiving Letters for 15 student grades Pk4 through 12th grade. The names for these 5 forms are: Project Description, Volunteer Recruitment, Letters for Prek4 through 2nd grade, Letter Request Form from 3rd through 11th grade, and 12th grade Letter Request Form. Pdf format is used. All handouts are also in Spanish. Feel free to edit forms as needed.  Google Translate is used for these Spanish translations, and is available for 108+ other languages. Download and print the handout you need. Let’s get started!
